Deployment Request Flow and Obligation Agreement

Welcome to the Deployment Request Service of 幂栈网 ("the Site"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the service. By submitting a Deployment Request, you agree to this Agreement.

Article 1 Submission of Deployment Request

1.1 After purchasing server-side software, you may click "Deployment Service Quote" on the product detail page, fill in the expected deployment start time, contact information (mobile phone number or social account), and deployment requirements description, and then submit the Deployment Request.

1.2 The contact information you provide will be used by the developer to contact you regarding the deployment. Please provide true and valid contact information and bear all consequences of any communication arising from it.

1.3 One order corresponds to one Deployment Request. You may resubmit for the same order to update the deployment requirements.

Article 2 Email Notification to Developer

2.1 After you submit the Deployment Request, the system will automatically notify the software developer by email. The email includes your contact information, expected deployment start time, deployment requirements description, and the software name and version.

2.2 Upon receiving the notification, the developer will contact you based on the contact information in the email to arrange the deployment.

Article 3 Deployment Implementation is Independent of the Platform

3.1 The Site only provides the submission and notification functions for Deployment Requests and does not participate in or guarantee the actual deployment implementation.

3.2 The communication, coordination, implementation, and acceptance of the deployment are conducted directly between you and the developer, and are agreed upon by you and the developer independently, independent of the Site platform.

3.3 The developer may undertake the deployment either by "platform-assisted deployment" or "self-deployment", as shown on the product page.

Article 4 Allocation of Obligations

4.1 Your obligations: to truthfully fill in the deployment requirements and contact information; to cooperate with the deployment as agreed with the developer; and to pay the deployment service fees agreed in a timely manner.

4.2 Developer obligations: to communicate with you promptly upon receiving the deployment notification; to provide the software deployment service as agreed between the parties; and to keep confidential any information about you obtained during the deployment.

4.3 Obligations of the Site: to handle the submission, storage, and developer notification of Deployment Requests, and to record and display the status of Deployment Orders.

Article 5 Deployment Order Status

5.1 After submission, the Deployment Order status is "Pending (PENDING)". The developer may operate it as "Confirm (CONFIRM)", "Reject (REJECT)", or "Deployed (DEPLOYED)" through the backend.

5.2 You may view the current status and processing result of the Deployment Order in "Developer Center / My Deployment Orders".

Article 6 Disclaimer

6.1 Any deployment delay, failure, or loss caused by you or the developer shall be borne by the responsible party. The Site shall not bear any direct or indirect liability arising therefrom.

6.2 Technical risks, security risks, and data risks involved in the deployment shall be negotiated and borne by you and the developer.
