Welcome to PowerSoftware. Please read the following notice carefully before using the platform.

1. About the Platform

PowerSoftware is a software trading and licensing service platform. It provides software purchasing, download, deployment, and license activation for users, and product publishing, order management, settlement, and license management for developers.

2. Account and Security

  • Use a real email address that can receive messages; it is used for login verification and password recovery;
  • Keep your account and password safe. Do not share them with others. Loss caused by account leakage is the user's responsibility;
  • You can manage (including unbinding) bound email, WeChat, QQ, Alipay, Google and other login methods in your profile;
  • When logging in with third-party accounts (WeChat, QQ, Alipay, Google), we only obtain the basic information needed for login (such as nickname, avatar, account identifier); see the Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is processed;

3. Transactions

  • Before paying, review the product introduction, price, form (downloadable / server software / promotion-only) and license terms;
  • Digital products can be downloaded right after payment. Refunds without a reason are generally not supported. If the product has quality issues, apply per platform rules or contact the developer;
  • For promotion-only products, payment and license issuance happen inside the software; the platform is not part of that purchase.

4. License Usage

  • Client software requires license activation after purchase;
  • Licenses support yearly/perpetual terms and may have editions such as Basic, Pro and Ultimate;
  • Do not publish or resell license codes. The platform may revoke codes used improperly.

5. Privacy and Compliance

  • We value your privacy. See the Privacy Policy for details on personal data processing;
  • Do not use the platform or software for illegal purposes. Reverse engineering and license cracking are prohibited.
