Welcome to use the services of Mi Stack Network (hereinafter referred to as "this website"). Before using this website, please carefully read the following service agreement terms

Article 1 Settlement Cycle

1.1 The statements for the previous month shall be compiled on the 5th of each month, and payment shall be made before the end of the current month.
1.2 Provide transparent income records and billing lists.
1.3 The tax compliance procedures required to be completed during settlement (withholding and payment of individual income tax, invoice verification, etc.) shall be completed together in the settlement process; if the procedures are not completed, the payment shall be deferred accordingly until the procedures are completed.

Article 2 Profit sharing ratio

2.2 The promoter's profit distribution is set by the developer.

Article 3 Payment Method and Settlement Channels

3.1 Domestic users pay via Alipay (CNY); overseas users pay via PayPal (USD) or the Waffo checkout (supporting card payments, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, etc.). Exchange rate conversion is subject to the platform statement.
3.2 Payment channel fees: the amount paid by the buyer is first deducted by channel fees and then counted into the order received amount before revenue sharing. Each channel is calculated as follows: Alipay orders at a rate of 0.6%; PayPal orders based on the actual net amount returned by PayPal; Waffo orders at a rate of 3.9% plus a fixed fee of USD 0.50 per transaction (no fixed fee for WeChat Pay). Channel rates are subject to the official rates published by each channel; if adjusted, the adjusted rates shall apply.
3.3 Withdrawal fees and taxes: the withdrawal fees and taxes actually incurred by the platform each month when withdrawing from and paying taxes to each payment channel are apportioned according to each partner's share of received revenue in that channel for the month, itemized and deducted in the monthly statement; the specific amounts are subject to the platform's monthly statements.

Article 4 Dispute Resolution

4.1 The profit sharing data is subject to platform statistics, and any objections must be raised within 7 days after the bill is released.

Article 5 Tax and Invoicing

5.1 Where the developer is a natural person, the platform shall withhold and pay individual income tax (labor remuneration income) in accordance with the law when paying the settlement amount; the amount actually received by the developer shall be the after-tax amount, the withholding details shall be itemized in the statement, and no invoice to the platform is required.
5.2 Where the developer is an individual industrial and commercial household or an enterprise, the developer shall issue to the platform, before settlement, a lawful and valid invoice equal to the settlement amount (item: software service fee / technical service fee), and the platform shall arrange payment after receiving and verifying the invoice; if the invoice is not provided on time, settlement shall be deferred until the invoice is provided.
5.3 When a buyer purchases software products through the platform, the sales relationship is established between the buyer and the platform; the relationship between the developer and the platform is a consignment sales relationship. The platform issues a full invoice to the buyer, and the developer issues an invoice for the settled amount to the platform.
5.4 For developers outside mainland China, income earned under this Agreement shall be self-declared and taxed in accordance with the tax laws of their respective country or region. The platform assumes no withholding obligation for developers outside mainland China.
